    Shield Rep offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to the creation of high-converting landing pages. Our services are provided on a one-time fee basis, with no recurring billing. Clients will receive 100% ownership rights to the landing pages created.
  2. Payment
    All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of services. The fee for the landing page service is $129. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed on our website.
  3. Revisions
    Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions within the first week of delivery. After this period, additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  4. Delivery Timeline
    We commit to delivering the completed landing page within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Clients will be notified via email once the project is completed.
  5. Ownership Rights
    Upon full payment, clients will receive 100% ownership rights to the landing page created. Shield Rep retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Shield Rep be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Shield Rep harmless from any claims arising from their use of the landing pages.
  7. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shield Rep operates.
  8. Changes to Terms
    Shield Rep reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any updates.
